This presentation is a technical overview providing the attendees with an understanding on why surge protection is a mandatory component of today’s electrical systems power the Internet of Things (IoT) revolution. New code changes are now mandating SPDs be included as a standard electrical system component to ensure reliability of electrical distribution equipment and operation.  CEC credits are available for this presentation.
